Christopher Stubler is a member of the Arizona Fiduciary Association. He has been working for Stubler Fiduciary Services, formerly known as Crismon Cooper Licensed Fiducairies, since April 10, 2010, and is dedicated to quality care and support for our Wards and clients.

Samantha Hamilton has been with Stubler Fiduciary Services since 2015. Sam manages our financial operations and accountings. Her meticulous approach ensures that deadlines are met and budgets are always carefully maintained. In her free time she can be found reading, playing sports and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Jennifer Smith
Licensed Fiduciary
Jennifer Smith joined the Stubler Fiduciary Services team in 2026. She has been working as a fiduciary since 2017. She has a Bachelors degree from Northern Arizona University. She is a Flagstaff local, and loves providing services and support to members of the community. She is married with two beautiful daughters. In her spare time she loves traveling, going to concerts, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Kiki True
Case Manager
Kiki has over two years of experience as a case manager with Stubler Fiduciary Services as well as a master’s degree in accounting. Her friendly, approachable personality helps her connect with clients from all walks of life, lending a hand in whatever is needed, from financial matters to coordinating care. Kiki is also a health coach, musician, bookworm and dog mom. On the weekends you can find her performing with her bands or hiking big mountains.
Emily Clarke
Case Manager
Emily Clarke joined the Stubler Fiduciary Services team in 2025 after earning her master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada. With a background in research and client communication, she supports all aspects of the case management team, ensuring needs are met efficiently and with care. Outside of work, Emily enjoys trail running, camping, and meandering in the mountains.
Holly Webber-Graff
Case Manager
Holly Webber-Graff joined the Stubler Fiduciary Services team in 2026 after graduating from NAU. Holly supports the case management team in any area where help is needed and works hard to maintain a high-quality performance for all clients. Outside of the office, you can find her watching movies, going on walks, and spending time with loved ones.
Brynn Atwood
Case Manager
Brynn Atwood joined the Stubler Fiduciary Services team in 2026 after graduating from Northern Arizona University with her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health. Driven by a passion for advocacy and health equity, she is dedicated to supporting our clients through her role as case manager. Brynn enjoys going to concerts, hiking, and shopping in her spare time.
Frank Morningstar
Case Manager
Frank Morningstar joined the Stubler Fiduciary team in 2026 as an assistant case manager while pursuing his degree in dental hygiene. He has a background in healthcare, with extra experience in memory care and cardiac diagnostics. Outside of work, Frank enjoys dancing, running, or taking care of his 5 pets.
