Active Clients
As of June 1, 2026, Stuber Fiduciary Services, LLC, maintains the following schedule of fees.
Licensed Fiduciary: $215/hr
Case Manager: $160/hr
Bookkeeper: $85/hr
*Please note that all bookkeeper tasks are charged at the bookkeeper rate regardless of the employee completing that task.
All tasks are billed in increments of tenths of an hour and reflect the actual time spent.
Contingency Clients
Contingency clients means that you plan on naming or have named Stubler Fiduciary Services in you estate plan, but we are not actively serving. During this time we are accepting appointments and maintaining case readiness to act in the future.
Contingent Fiduciary Services: $100/hr (effective immediately)
This rate includes:
- Review of estate planning documentation
- Internal case setup and documentation
- Meetings (in-person or virtual)
- Phone calls and other communication with you or your advisors
- Coordination with legal, financial, or healthcare professionals
- General administrative readiness
All tasks are billed in increments of tenths of an hour and reflect the actual time spent.
